Shipping & Returns Secure Online Ordering
All orders can be placed on-line via our secure server. To access our server, visit any of our product pages and buy right from the page. Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your order plus shipping and handling within the continental United States, and Tax {if applicable}. If you need to ship outside the United States, the Recipient/ Buyer will be responsible for all additional fees that apply. After your product has been shipped, we will also email you with invoice confirmation and package tracking information. When sending personal checks, we will confirm your order by email and let you know where to send the check. Your order will be shipped only upon payment receipt from the bank.

...delivered within the continental United States will be shipped via USPS priority, upon request we will ship UPS service other fees will apply, and credit card purchasers must sign for Shipment, Buy not Doing So You Wave All Rights Of Return, Monday through Friday – Not including Holidays – unless you choose otherwise. If you need express shipping or any other method of delivery, please email us for options and costs. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street address, include suite numbers, company name {if applicable}, city, state, and zip code. In the event damaged occurs during shipping you must retain all contents and packaging materials for claims process as they will be required by shipper. Local Delivery we will make local deliveries in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. We will need Minimum of 48 Hour Notice to ensure a timely Local Delivery. Return Policy
If there is a problem, please call us within 1 Day of receipt of shipment for replacement. Sorry, but we cannot offer refund, credit or exchanges if a selection does not appeal to Ones Palate. But you can rest assured that we take great care to select items that are high quality and satisfying to the pleasure of the recipients! In the event that your order should arrive damaged, we will replace your order at no additional expense to you.
Shipping charges are not refundable...
...expect in the case of damage by the shipping company. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. You must contact us in advance to get an authorization number for the item being returned. Credit will not be issued until we receive the return. In the event a package is lost, damaged, or returned without being opened to us, we will refund the cost of the product {less any credit fees and any shipping fees}, only at your request. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping addresses, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur an extra shipping correction fee per address.
